I am still amazed about the difficulty of finding just the right floor plan for our family. We are finding out that they are many building codes, height restrictions, climate induced issues, and soil conditions that are limiting much of what we want for a plan. Also, being a PT, I have to think about the ability of family and friends to maneuver around the home with walkers, wheelchairs, etc. so main level living is very important. I found this other plan that has more living space on the main level. The kitchen needs tweaking, but most of the other things about the plan I like. Any opinions?
